Jon, the character who started out as a normal, yet sometimes clueless human being (with weird hobbies), and got more and more braindead over the years. Kind of like Homer Simpson.
Garfield is uzually super relatable, but, in this case, I don’t understand his reaction at all. Jon asked a totally valid question. I mean, I suppoze it is one you could rezolve with a quick Google search, but it’s still valid.
A short article on the environmental effects of various types of milks, including dairy and vegetarian alternatives. Almond growing, unfortunately, takes much more water than for oats and soybeans:
Garfield knew that Jon was going to ask that question. Let’s just hope that Jon doesn’t start asking the same question about potato milk or even rice milk.
Both my brother and sister-in-law have been drinking almond milk, especially the organic type, for awhile now. They tell me that it tastes great and is better than skim milk does. #dairyintake #themoreiknow :)
Anything liquid not taken from an animal by a milking process should not be called milk, mylk or any other spelling. As anything not of the flesh of an animal or bird should not be called meat.

What about oat milk? That’s gotta be harder than milking an almond.

Jon, that’s the most NUTTIEST comment, I have ever heard.

Thankfully the almond nut-juice fad has run its course at home. Cricket-butter may catch on soon.

Reminds me of the tiktoker who thought strawberry milk came from actual strawberries. The American education system has failed us once again.

Many would ask that question just for laughs. Only Jon Arbuckle would take it seriously.

It would be funny if Jon actually cracked an almond open and milk came out of it, Garfield would probably be in shock.
