From Wikipedia: Annapurna is in Nepal. It’s the 10th highest mountain in the world – known for the difficulty and danger involved in its ascent.

But she hasn’t been running as long as he has. Thus, the difference in volume. Matters little. Accumulation seems to be the goal for most of us, runner or not.

Fun fact, GMC first offered the Denali, its luxury SUV, sixteen years ahead of President Obama’s restoration of Mount McKinley’s name to the orinal Athabascan “the high one”.

One of our running shoe stores in Michigan (Gazelle’s) recycles them for customers.

I’ll tell you what I’m confused about: Why would anyone want to keep a mountain of used running shoes? What are they good for?

Or is this just more bragging about how much he runs, that he’s been able to assemble such a mountain with all the mileage he’s put on his shoes?

Here I was thinking it was the GMC Yukon Denali, more realistic for a pile of shoes. Can you say ‘Hoarder’? I knew you could.

Molehill stack, most with glued-on half-soles and heels, still serving on fitness strolls. Some tops Shoe-Goo-ed as well.
