Based on the powdered wigs, my guess is that this is Bonny Prince Charlie, erstwhile leader of the Jacobites, who would have been King Charles III all the way back in 1766, when his father died, had the rebellion been successful.
Who knows? If Charles III rather than George III had been king in 1776, perhaps there wouldn’t have been an American Revolution, and we’d all be speaking English now.

Charles III needs his private jet to travel to Tuvalu to expound on climate change.

My sentiments exactly. Let the whole thing end with the late HRH Elizabeth II.

The guy must have an annoying habit of offering rides, being that the porter has a prepared sign to show.

Now that he’s king, you’d think Charles would have his own Sedan Chair.

So interesting that everyone assumes that this Charles is British when France had ten kings named Charles.

I’ve never particularly liked Charles, but I do feel a little bit of sympathy for him now. After all, he has an incredibly hard act to follow.
