There are lots of other strips about people watching NFL football games, but hardly anything from the point of view of the player. And he’s an ordinary guy with brothers who harass him, with his own personality, and a very unique best friend. This is one of the things that makes your strip interesting. If you are thinking about taking Marcus out of the NFL, please rethink this.

Wow. Sounds like something serious is going to happen to Marcus if he is not careful. You can’t really take stock in dreams, but sometimes the dreams have a funny way of warning of something to come…eventually. ¯\(°_o)/¯

Sounds like y’all need some sessions with your pastor and/or a marriage counselor before you go down the aisle!

that’s actually a pretty general piece of good advice, considering how destructive a professional sports career is to the body retiring as early as possible is the responsible thing to do. Unless he wants to spend his retirement limping around with destroyed joints, possibly addicted to painkillers, dealing with the long term effects of multiple concussions, and eroding his family relationships with potentially violent mood swings, before dying in his 50’s from all of the aforementioned health issues.
