Very touching. And 6 yrs later, they’re still going strong. =)

Very sweet. The arcs with Brad, Tony, and what-was-his-name, her ex, were some of the strip’s best.

So, can we have a new plot line now?

Aw, are they going to be able to show the strip that shows Toni’s tattoo, or are they gonna zap us back to 2022? Tattoo tomorrow, or a messy room panel?

A friend of mine says he likes to watch his wedding video in reverse. He and his wife back into the church as a married couple, there is a ceremony, and they back out of the church as two happy and free people.

So THAT’S how Brad went from a lump to a hunk…Toni gets the credit (in Luann’s story)!

This is a very sweet arc but I will be glad to be spared more of Luann in that gosh awful ugliest bridesmaid dress ever contender.

Eeeeesh. Just give me the Book of Common Prayer.

I don’t get it.

Brad and Toni are one of the rare instances of a couple truly devoted to each other and would never even considering having someone else. Toni won’t even think about other guys, because Brad is the only person who can truly make her happy. Brad was finally able to make something of himself when he fell for Toni and saved her from a horrible fate with Dirk.

I think I need an insulin injection!

Brad’s life almost ended when rushed to save Toni that time she fell off a ladder.

Or the numerous time’s Toni’s psycho ex-bf Dirk administered various choke holds, but Brad still selflessly saved the dirt-bag’s life when he got into an auto accident.

Funny how none of that made it into the “vows.” ;-)

It’s about time they got married! It seems like it’s about six years late.

So their “vows” are really just year-book signings like all the TV shows do. Sorry, I’m disappointed. And I have to say, I thought this happened years ago. Wasn’t there a marriage already? Where’s grandma? They’ve been living together for years, I know I’m going to get crap this if anyone reads the hundred of comments, but I believe traditional ways are wholesome.

If the Evanses were going to take time off and do reprints, they should have told us. That said, they picked a very good arc to run. Happy Holidays.

End this! We already read it years ago.

I think it’s great when people write their own vows and speak from the heart. However, I personally would not feel the ceremony was complete without reciting the Biblical vows as well. That’s just my opinion, and I respect others may not feel the same way, so DON’T JUMP ON ME! That being said, this is a lovely wedding and I’m enjoying it very much.

Anyone have a clue as to when the strip will get back to present day?

Im a little sad and a little nostalagic that they are rehashing an old strip i would love them to give something new also today is 11th of December…Brad and Toni wedding day and also my birthday!

A comment was made some months back in reference to Diane, the girl living next door to the DeGroots, and who had attracted Brad’s interest (several arcs in Luann Againn). Someone asked if she ever shows up again later in the strip, and another comment said she was one of the guests when Brad and Toni got married. Can anyone offer anything more on this? I certainly don’t see her in the view of the audience from this week’s arc.

anyone else think this arc from 6 years ago might have been a mistake? If you change the year to 2016, it’s the exact same date (day of the week and day of the month) as the 2016 arc.
