I can still fall asleep on a pile of rocks (at 80) but getting up from that nap is a whole other thing.

At 20 I could sleep on a bare cement floor, at 70, get a Stecher.

I have always had trouble sleeping on hard surfaces, even when I was young and limber.

What are you doing in the bathroom all day and all night ? Come on out and give someone else a chance. That’s what me old Dad always said.
