SERIOUS QUESTION. Could someone please give The Count a simplified censorbot evading version of the website Wiley posted yesterday for the comic sale? The Count would be seriously interested. TYVM
Well, stories like that make the ‘beer hour’ just that much more interesting. So it doesn’t have to be a true story, just entertaining and told with gusto.
Well, for the record it kind of started out with an opponent and a round thing crashing into something. From there on it’s pure entertainment. Still, I’d have to have Eddie for an eyewitness.

I’m impressed. He used the word “flotsam” correctly. Jetsam is flotsam washed up on the beach, which is what his door became.

Does this mean Kate and Danae don’t get to go out on the Anoesis again?

I like how Paulie always remains on Eddie’s shoulder unperturbed by whatever is happening.

Did the middle judge deduct a half point for using a door instead of a regular board?

Worse case of crabs The Count has ever seen, Bouy Howdah. Well, not exactly seen, personally, but figuratively.

I have heard of the crab nebula, but never the nebula crab.
However, an astronomer who stares at the sky all night long could get pretty crabby.

LOL the name of his ship is ‘ANOESIS.’
Anoesis – the reception of impressions or sensations (by the brain) without any intellectual understanding.
FireAnt_Hater about 1 year ago
And he escaped from ‘the dreaded nebyahlar crab’, a play on ‘crab nebula’.
artjohn42 about 1 year ago
Actually, the judges were grading Paulie’s ride in. Much higher degree of difficulty.

OK, I just HAD to look up “anoesis”: “a state of mind consisting of pure sensation or emotion without cognitive content” (Collins online)
