Just like CF Fraudfather, he was found guilty by his peers. Want to know what he DIDN’T do? Call it a witch hunt, threaten the judge, judge’s family, clerks, or jury. He didn’t grumble. mumble, scream, cry, fall asleep, drool, fart, or make odd faces.
He didn’t say the system was rigged.
He has the same chance of getting a pardon from the current president as CF Fraudfather has: None.
The unfortunate truth is that reality has long been gone from the GOP, let alone rational thinking. The Trump phenomenon is based primarily on manipulation and conspiracy theories.
The Republicans are so addle-brained they are somehow turning Biden’s conviction into some kind of mystical proof of bias in the Justice Department. Obviously, anyone choosing to vote Republican has descended into the lair of the Coven of Insanity. There must have been some kind of an old horror movie about this that will serve as the template for a remake.
Yes, I would have had to find him guilty based on what I know of the charges, and I totally support Joe Biden. I have some relatives that have done some stuff I’m not proud of. Heck, I’ve done some stuff I’m not proud of. Fortunately, no one cares enough to dissect every moment of my life since I was born to find those things.
This is the price of being a politician, or even a member of the politician’s family. Trump told the truth ( a rare event worth noting) when he said that no one cared about his cheating and fraud except those who were injured by it—- until he ran for president—- that made him the enemy of the DNC and they were going to find every time he forgot to use his napkin at dinner, in his entire life and use it to destroy him. It is a symptom of his mental illness to think he wasn’t going to wind up in serious trouble for what they found.
The same thing has happened with Hunter. The RNC couldn’t, after subjecting President Biden to the same scrutiny, come up with anything they could use to destroy him. Since he has been a public figure for most of his adult life, he was smart enough to not do anything he didn’t want to see written up in the newspaper the next morning. And, to the Republican’s disadvantage, there is no evidence that he isn’t simply a decent man, which is driving them crazy because that’s an animal they are totally unaccustomed to dealing with.

MAGAts are totally disappointed that Hunter got a fair trial. They had their heart(s) set on proving that the courts should be done away with.
Their idea of fair trials is the Russian model.

Yup. Trump will have his verdict overturned on appeal because in the end lawfare does not work.
Hunter has no chance of winning an appeal and will rely on daddy for a pardon.
Same result for both in the end.

It has been a two-tiered system for a long time. Rich right wingers get preferential treatment while everyone else gets smacked around.

To MAGAts, irony is a word used to describe supplements you take to add that element to your diet. For example, they would say Geritol is irony.

Hypocrite and republiCON are synonymous.

Since Trump took full control of the GOP, the only thing Republicans are now capable of is: Obedience1

Just like with the elections. Should magats win, then the voting system was fair. Should magats lose, the election was stolen.
