Coming Soon đ At the beginning of April, youâll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
The boss likes it very much! From Wiipedia: O tempora, o mores is a Latin phrase that translates literally as âOh the times! Oh the customs!â, first recorded to have been spoken by Cicero. A more natural, yet still quite literal, translation is âOh what times! Oh what customs!â; a common idiomatic rendering in English is âShame on this age and on its lost principles!â, originated by the classicist Charles Duke Yonge.
And in this installment: literally nothing. Itâs purely suspense-building, no actual information given to the reader about anything, unless you count, âSomeone is excited about something.â
A bit of advice to the authors of this feature, coming from a place of support and encouragement: Go read a monthâs worth of old Milt Caniff strips and get some pointers on holding a plot thread through six days, three or four panels at a time. I honestly never really know whatâs going on in these strips from one day to the next.
All the angelic names. Cherry Bimm, Sara Phym, Gabriel Praviul, and now Eline van Duivel = Light of (or from) the Devil. Did I miss anyone? Whoâs next? Lucy Morningstar?

Clearly meant âOh! Smores,â given his bulk.
