Pure insanity, how much did those SCOTUS judges get paid off to allow many more Americans to be killed by those Russian puppets, the NRA bribers?

Ar-15 + Bump stock = 180 bullets per minute, not a machine gun say the right wing Supreme Quacks.

SCOTUSs ruling states a bump stock does not make a semi-automatic into an automatic weapon (true) and the beaurocrats at ATF do not have the legal right to change the original definition which basically is; able to fire multiple rounds from a single trigger pull. Justice Alito said in his opinion, only Congress can legally decide whether or not there is a law banning bump stocks.

Supreme Kangaroo Court lackeys thomas and alito would love to find a way to give their sugar daddies another tax cut. For example, they might invalidate the laws that created progressive taxation by saying higher income tax rates for billionaires unfairly discriminate against them.

That it is more important to unconditionally allow high capacity/delivery lethal weapons to be used by those who may be mentally/emotionally/psychologically impaired seems more the mark of barbarians than the mark of an advanced civilization. That US quasi-theocrats have annexed a long list of exceptions to “thou shalt not kill” is vexing/perplexing. It’s hard to follow a morality/ideology that’s full of bullet holes.

If 50 first graders are murdered by a crazy with a bump stocked AR that he bought legally do we call on congress to do something? No civilian needs a full auto anything.

bump stocks serve no reasonable purpose. None at all.

Who paid off the court? And how many plane rides did it cost?

Any truth to the rumor that alitos lovely wife is opening an Online Flag Store? I have a idea for the site name…

“Holy Mary, Mother of God, flags and knick knacks dot com”

Now, if she was Irish, she’s not , it might be…

“Jesus, Mary and Joseph, flags and such dot com”

Of course, if she was Irish, she’d know better than to act that way, she’s no lady.

Americans have the freedom to own weapons that kill a lot of their fellow Americans really fast. This is why there are travel warnings in other countries about America being a dangerous place to visit.

I want a fully operational 105 howitzer in my front yard. For home defense and so I can lob shells at my neighbors at random on the fourth of July. Legal? Opinions please …

Since it’s NOT a gun, banning it doesn’t violate the Second Amendment. How hard is that to understand?

If guns are so safe why are they banned from republican’t and nra events? Why do state and local governments pull school resource officers from schools to work at those events?

So, these multi-firing weapons are not used for hunting, but for killing other people. But, wait a minute, how is that pro-life? And, it would be used in self-defense? What a joke! How many have been used for that purpose? The goal appears to be arming the right wing militia for an upcoming violent insurrection.

People convinced LGBTQ+ are by nature heterosexual but “choose” “deviant” non-heterosexual “life styles” [note: sexual orientation is neither a choice nor a life style only change their minds if, when confronted with the lived reality of a family member or close friends abominably harsh societal treatment if non-heteronormative, they are able to either abandon their emotional commitment to belief in absolute sexual mores prescribed by a creator dictator deity, or to at least abandon their willingness to continue to tolerate laws which criminalize non-heteronormativity.

People who opine / believe that bump stocks can’t be compared to machine guns are likely only to change this opinion if family members or close friends are injured or killed by bullets fired from a weapon outfitted with a bump stock.

If a militia located within the United States attacks a person or groups they declare war on, using firearms outfitted with bump stocks, there will instantly be an opportunity for state legislatures and / or the Congress to pass legislation controlling ownership and criminalizing their use as weapons against humans or for hunting. Play-time pretend you’re a super-hero-savior target shooting only, iow.

And if no national legislation is enacted between the time a bump stock equipped weapon(s) is used to inflict death and injury, the USSC will be afforded the opportunity to review this ruling about ownership of the devices (as a result of lawsuits filed) before it commences its next session.

Just because I take a toothbrush, carve the end of it to a point, then wrap tape around it for a grip, and stab somebody to death with it, clearly, because it was just a toothbrush when I bought it, it’s still just a toothbrush!

I’m still waiting for an answer to the question “If trump is in a battery-powered boat, just ten feet from a great white, and a train leaves Milwaukee at 35 MPH, how long does it take for my Chinese take-out to get to my house? Assuming there are no windmills in the way.”
