Biden is going to have to come out swinging hard to make up the ground he lost what he needs to do is bring out his staff to show how competent they are.

Shocking that a conservative cartoonist thinks that another white male and not VP Harris should take President Biden’s place. /s

Sure. Go for the white guy. After years of lying about how Biden was sharp as a tack, they figure we know they were lying about Kamala also. But now they expect us to believe anything they say.

Maybe they lied about Trump too.

The Dems have a deep bench if the need arises. Harris, Shapiro, Whitmer, Warnock, Pritzker, among others meet all the constitutionally-requisite qualifications. But Harris is the elected designated hitter, and it is hard to understand the media’s dismissal of her. But, in the end, barring Jill’s intervention, I expect Biden’s name on the ballot and I will enthusiastically vote for him or any and every Democrat in the top slots and all the way down the ballot without any reservation whatsoever.

I will vote Biden-Harris in November. Even if it means I’m voting for Harris to be president sometime in the next four years. Get a grip people. We’ve had a four year nightmare with the other choice. Vote blue up and down the ballot.

Some day there is going to be a man sitting in my present chair who has not been raised in the military services and who will have little understanding of where slashes in their estimates can be made with little or no damage. If that should happen while we still have the state of tension that now exists in the world, I shudder to think of what could happen in this countryDwight D. Eisenhower. 2016 – 2020 trump served with little to no understanding of World Affairs or Government. Only the Fine Leadership of his replacement, President Biden, avoided a terrible depression of our Nation.Vote 24 Blue.

The only question now, is how soon will that glass be broken. And with the disaster that California is, will it do any good.

Why is Newsom automatically assumed to be the preferred nominee ? I’d prefer to see a Woman at the top of the ticket. In addition to his VP Kamala Harris there’s another popular Democrat Michigan governor Gretchen Whitmer. But yes it’s time for Joe to step aside and not risk a convicted felon back into the White House

I would just like to point out that only ONE of the men in the debate has a job — a 24/7/52 job at that. The main exertion required in the other one’s life is digesting his fast-food take-out diet. If one of ’em’s tired, I wonder why?

It seems to me the reason why we’re in a pickle right now is the self-serving attitude that those closest to Biden chose to adopt (his wife and the other three or four “trusted” people around him). What the country saw on Debate night must have been crystal clear to them for quite some time. It’s a shame that they chose their own interests, instead of letting him know that it was time for him step down. On top of that (inexplicably), they went ahead and encouraged him to debate Trump. What were they thinking?

I think there are a lot of voters who don’t want to vote for Trump but are nervous about Biden. Give them someone young and not crazy and they’ll jump for it.

The “script” now calls for Biden’s dropping out of the race tomorrow. His successor has been chosen weeks or months ago but they will first pretend this all has happened so suddenly. I’ll bet 20-1 that it’s Big Mike.

Pretty boy already said no, plus the DNC as a larger problem Jill, will never let Biden drop out. All she cares about is money and power.

Look folks, we’ve ridden this horse into a very wide and treacherous stream. Now, halfway across, where the water is deepest and the current strongest, he steps on a loose stone and stumbles. But he keeps on going and shows no sign of being lame or deterred. Meanwhile, all you tenderfoot dude-ranchers are getting the vapors and want to hop on a new horse, except that they are all ponies that haven’t even left the riverbank.

Since none of you can swim or walk on water, your best bet is to cling to the horse you rode in on. He’ll get you there.
