    With its arrangement, and 4 subsiduary wheels on each side, when all of the rotation/counter-rotation was finished, the 2 bottom wheels would want to turn in different directions. He’d never move.

    All of the wheels look the same size, but somehow four at one end take the same space as three at the other… Not only cartoon physics, but cartoon geometry!

    Interesting concept. If those wheels are stuck together like they seem to be (no belts etc anywhere) it won’t make much headway.Why can’t cartoonists, as good as some are, look at and think about what they’re drawing?
