    I can see how someone who’s never heard the words turquoise and tortoise pronounced would suppose that they must sound somewhat similar. They don’t really sound similar, though. I wonder how we’re supposed to imagine them sounding here?

    that kid needs to learn guy talk….had to explain this to my grandson….we only use the basic color names. Fancy is saying dark blue or light blue.
