She’s a FUN Mom!

This SO reminds me of a time back in the 60s when my dad thought it would be a good idea for him and us kids to sneak up on Mom with squirt guns while she was doing the dishes. She whipped around with the sink spray hose and got Dad just as he started squirting. We kids just stood there staring with our mouths agape while Mom & Dad soaked each other and the whole kitchen, laughing hysterically. A great memory, but if we kids had done that, we’d have been grounded for life.

Wanda must have anticipated this since she had the nozzle on straight stream (jet or full) rather than shower for the garden.

Once in a while we impress the littles who think we’re just boring old pluggers.

Kids, you forget, moms have a sixth sense and also have the ability to know when their kids are up to something. Plus being quiet sets off alarms in any adult.

Is this strip set in England? I have never heard kids in US say, “Ready, Steady…” It has always been, “Ready, Aim…”
