That’s silly bull.

Doing poetry in elementary school was the best subject.

We, as boys, made up many limericks in grade school, not suitable to repeat here!

“Haiku,” she says, he says gesundheight!

Great to see Hammie playing with his baby sister!

Zoe, isn’t a syllable that metal circular thing on a drum set?!

If ignorance is bliss, then Hammie is one of the most blissful people in the world.

“Hi-who?” Hammie asked.

“Interesting!” he opined.

“Naw. I’m good,” he closed.

“The wheels on the syllabus go round and …”

I’m with you Hammie “Nah, I’m good!”

I like some haiku

But I like low-just better

Just watch the middle…

Five silly bells, then seven silly bells, then another five silly bells. Won’t all that bell ringing drive you silly?

Don’t worry, he’ll learn one day

it got into way too much math for me… and it doesn’t even rhyme !

So cute how Hammie is tickling Wren! <3

Silly Zoe. She should know a tickle-fest with Wren is a lot more interesting.

Wren is getting a good laugh out of it

Hammie has a much more important mission!

Is ‘Naw. I’m good’ five syllables? Might be a good beginning or ending.

I think I should write a haiku

To demonstrate my high IQ.

But a high-IQ haiku

Won’t make people like you,

So a limerick will just have to do.

Ain’t that an old beat up car that barely runs. It’s still Syllable.

Don’t like Haiku much.

I prefer the Limerick.

Bawdy, Humorous…

I’d suggest limericks.

Not that interesting.

It also requires a seasonal reference and a cutting word, otherwise its a senryu.

Haiku’s not too bad. Iambic pentameter, on the other hand…

I like Tanka and Haikai as well

Haiku is ridiculous. There’s no form or discipline. Doesn’t even rhyme.

When he’s not in school, he don’t wanna hear about it.
