Yep. Spouse and I can always tell when the other’s muscles have gotten tight or/and sore.

Flexitol Heel Balm. Urea in it maybe makes it stink. My Uncle’s elderly retirement apartment building reeked of it. I think somebody lubed the elevators with that stuff. Oy!

Around this time of year (and into winter time) I wear “eau de vicks” (vapo rub). It’s good for any time I find myself sitting in drafts by the windows I have – even though I have replacements for them.

I am not there, husband is far from there he is older then Earl. Husband does not exercise too disabled. I tried muscle relaxer last year after shoulder surgery, husband wanted to try that, asked Orthopedic Dr. said would not work, he was right hurt too much, just took time like 10 months.
