Head & Shoulders shampoo should clear that right up.

At least birds fly to and from their nests. If he had squirrel nests, they’d be digging their sharp claws into his bark every day.

They might be witches broom.

I have a hornet nest in one of mine, can see it clearly now that the leaves are gone.

We have squirrel nests in out trees. The birds nests tend to be blown out, or fall apart after a few of our heavier pre-winter rains. IF we get them, it’s been a rather dry year.

The origin of the term ‘bird brain’?

At least it’s not a tree house, like the one from Calvin and Hobbes.

Why? They fill in some of the spaces the leaves left.

Man, autumn hits quick in this strip. Yesterday he has a full head of leaves, today he’s bald as an egg.

That’s his toupees.

Leave them. They are signs of healthy, safe environment for birds.

With the leaves off we’ve been able to see mistletoe up in the trees. Just in time for the holidays.

Just claim that it’s mistletoe.

Would birds build a nest in a tree that moves and talks? Depends on the bird in question.
