Pining for the holidays…
Hork? As in “Hork, hear the herald angels sing”?
Hork the herald angels sing.
Hork to me means chucking your cookies.
HORK …brilliant
Every heavy lift requires a unique sound.
And later the nuts will be a nice winter treat.
Just got our tree today. Heck of a tree. Well worth the expense to support the church.
No Pine trees were harmed in drawing this comic strip. As Yoda would say, “Good that is”
Yeah, but he can’t take it back to Lowe’s in late January for a refund, boy howdy. Dilly! Dilly!
Aww cute!
It’s a bit on the brown side. And no amount of watering it will turn it green.
If all the seeds haven’t fallen out , you, an ant, have a feast!
Dung beetles spend Xmas alone.
I actually made pine cone Christmas trees as a craft project for the children. Stick the bottom in a small piece of Styrofoam, add beads, a small star on top, string garland, and VOILA .. a Christmas tree for a little girl’s doll house.
WTF? “Hork”?
Is that a Dung beetle and his dung tree?
And just think, you have a whole years worth of pine nuts to eat.
And next year the sapling will take over his home
Just think of all those pine needles he won’t have to sweep or vacuum up…!
It’s beginning to look a lot like Antmas…..
I thought hork is what the Dogs in C-kennel did. And it didn’t involve lifting.
Hork?
That’s about forty future trees.
Awwwww! Perfect for the Xmas celebration!
I sure as heck hope that that really is a pine cone and not something else.
What an SNL Conehead!
Ready for presents?
Cone-ant the Barbarian.
i once left my Christmas tree up for 9 years
I guess those must be pun cones.
No needles to clean up …and it looks great!
I have a small apartment. This gives me an idea.
That is a very clever way to have an imitation tree!
Rocking around the pine cone tree.
