Coming Soon đ At the beginning of April, youâll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your

Technically the days (sunrise to sunset) has been getting shorter for nearly 6 months in Northern hemisphere. Here we also have already hit the earliest sunset, but not the latest sunrise
The Sun will be out today, but will it be out long enough to melt the snow and warm the world? Itâs 17°F Partly sunny Feels like â9°. Baby Itâs Cold Outside!
Somehow I find that âGood afternoonâ just doesnât work as a pleasantry in the way that âGood morningâ and âGood eveningâ do. I find that I just canât feel natural saying it. If itâs remotely close to either morning or evening Iâll go with one of those, and if itâs not Iâll go with âHello.â Though that can feel too casual.
Fortunately my midafternoons rarely see me in situations where itâs likely to come up.

And the worst part is, just when the days are shortest and most depressing, WINTER begins â Natureâs meanest trick.

Must be near the Equator- sunset lasts a few seconds, not like in our Northern latitude, where it can last literally for more than an hour.

Teacher: Can anyone name an example of how things expand when they get hot and contract when they get cold?
Johnny: In the summer days are longer and in winter theyâre shorter.

Yogi Berra summed it up best: âItâs getting late earlier these days.â

Half of what Yogi Berra said was apocryphal and the other half he never even said!

If the Sun just set, the Moon should be in a Waxing Crescent phase, not a Waning Crescent. Just sayinâ
