I once attended a day seminar aimed at health care professionals on Women’s Nutrition. The audience of approximately 350 included about 10 men.

The presenter asked the audience. “What’s the favorite food of menstruating women?” and the audience roared back as one, “Chocolate!” I looked around at the audience- the men looked scared.
