Nermal’s eyes in panel 3 make it look like Garfield’s foot hit something rather unpleasant.

Garfield is stressed that we may have a gravity inversion event, He kicks Nermal off the table to demonstrate that gravity is still working in the right direction.

I’ll never be convinced that Garfield would stress about anything. Well maybe FOOD.

Cats do get stressed and they are territorial. But they are also subtle, so humans on social media all the time don’t spot it . ;-)

When we first got Jasmine she was about 4 weeks old. Sam, the established adult cat hid for a few days, perhaps afraid we were going to give him away.

After he got over that Jasmine started pouncing on him, chewing on his tail, etc. When he had enough he pushed her over & then laid on top of her.

That was a long time in coming! Good job, Garfield.
