Remember on January 9, Junior’s former CO told MCU of Totten’s proficiency in unarmed combat techniques. Now we’ll see it in action.

All those childhood years Junior spent playing with Rock’em Sock’em Robots has finally paid off.

In addition to his many felonies, Junior commits a fashion faux pas here by fastening the bottom button on his suit jacket.

I won’t attempt to list all the plot holes and logic problems here. But if Topo Gigio had climbed onto Dick Tracy’s desk and explained what was happening it would have made more sense than this. Just talkin’ Springy here.

Springy was a full-time bankrobber, and part-time terrorist (his fingerprints are on file – how he was identified) who answers an ad on the dark web, “Hey I need someone to help me set off a big bomb.”

Jr. flies to Europe and gives Springy $ to come to the US (they don’t come for free) and presumably a fake Totten ID card (Why? I mean, so he can go on Totten work site – but why give it to him there?)

Before Springy arrives Jr. figures out how to do it himself. Rather than calling Springy to cancel the contract he lets Springy come to the US. (Worried that a terrorist will call the police?)

The whole TA fiasco makes no sense at all.

Were they supposed to meet there? A terrorist with fingerprints on file agrees to let cops pick him up?

Why was Springy drunk? If Jr got him drunk, kill him then rather than turning him loose for the TA to pick up. Or was Springy massively stupid?

Springy needed all the background on ‘The Boche’ before he’d even agree to come? The money wasn’t enough? Why shoot off your mouth to the cops? Or maybe international terrorists are always getting drunk and revealing their plans to the cops.

If they weren’t supposed to meet at the TA why did Jr. immediately know it was Springy when the call came in? Why did Sr. insist Jr. go down to bail out the real employee?

One of the ambiguous points is the timing of the real Totten employee being drunk and picked up by the TA.

Do we have an impossible coincidence, or Jr. has bribed him “Hey, I’ve got a guy who’ll be picked up by the TA later today. I need you to get drunk and picked up so I can bail you out and murder him.”

If Jr. wants Springy dead to avoid suspicion bribing the real employee means someone else is suspicious.

WooooWHEEEE! Sammy-Boy got him a “shiner”!

Tracy sighs, not only will I have a ton of paperwork from the arrest of this nutball, now I’ve got extra because Sam got hurt. If one more form comes out that I have to fill out everytime time my squad and/or I even think about doing anything…. I wonder if my wife’s agency is hiring?

Realizing that he has been made a patsy by the real mastermind, Sam, who had big plans for selling the clock tower and much of the adjoining abandoned city as salvage, Bomb Boy turns on him and lands a good one. Until it clears up, Sammy resumes his identity sa the Hooded Claw and again goes after Penelope Pitstop.

The censor a woman getting a black eye in the Shaky 2 storyline,but Sam is fair game?

Now how will he find the straw to drink his egg cream?

Okay,the action a little TOO fast—-Lee was the only one up there so apparently somebody rubbed a magic lamp and Lizz and Sam appeared.

Where’d they come from all of a sudden? Why didn’t Fred just release his thumb in the time it took those 3 to cross the floor and “pounce”? Where’s Tracy? Taking cover behind that big stainless steel sinister canister we saw Sunday?

And, of course Dicky boy is just sitting back and watchins Liz and Sam take the beating, so that he can claim the victory, if an when this senseless farce of a story ever ends.

The job well done,with only one injury, Tracy insists Sam spend a month in rehab in a distant city. Probably Duckburg. Then, Tracy vanishes long enough to drive the audience into fits of laughter doing his Joker imitations on WHOSE CRIME IS IT ANYWAY?
