My ex-wife used to make homemade noodles that were like that, in fact I think that some of them are still stuck there after about 40 years.

He actually doesn’t look that bad. Middle aged men usually carry a few extra pounds as do most older cranky women. However, most women don’t mind their men having a few extra pounds, assuming they are good in most other ways. However, I don’t know any man that likes a fat, cranky, mean woman, whether a wife or a mother-in-law…..

She is more like one of the lunch ladies that burned the mac/cheese in our school lunches. Burned on the top and served in squares cut from a casserole dish.

And yet the Mac and Cheese is somehow sticking to Mother Gargoyles hair

that does it, the old bat goes!

Death, taxes, and If Brutus is smiling in the first or second panel, Mama will wipe that smile off his face in the third. I’ve given up hoping Brutus will learn to stop hanging his curveball over the center of the plate to Gargoyle and Rancid (an homage to the imminence of spring training).

Face it, Brutus – you really opened yourself up for that one. I mean, yes, she’s the pot calling the kettle black, but still, it was a perfect setup.

I don’t see Gladys sticking up for her husband, even though he gave a rare praise of her cooking.

Brutus and Mama have exactly the same gut.

I have never tried macaroni and cheese because I do not like cheese. I have made it for other people but won’t touch it myself.

My all-time fave! When it comes to Mac and Cheese, I always “go for the gold”

Mac and cheese is good. I like it best with bacon bits in it.

I make it from scratch (Giada’s recipe) but in a pinch I like Velveeta Shells and Cheese.
