WTF, did you get bored with Plaid? It’s not like he has to be in the dang strip every dang day. We don’t see guard duck or the drunk donkey every day…

Rat goes to the Virginia General Assembly. Fun ensues. . ..

It was a good closing to the story arch and a funny strip. I do hope the kid comes back from time to time — the crocks deserve him.

We don’t expect 365(366) ideas a years Stephan. We expect 365(366) great ideas a year.

I guess the stress of trying to come up with 365 (or 366) ideas per year has caused cartoon-Pastis to lose weight. He definitely looks thinner; kinda pasty and drawn….I do hope Plaid can be revived from time to time, just to persecute the crocs and give them some of their own medicine.

Assuming each story arc runs one week, you only have to come up with 52 ideas every year.

he looks thin because it is an alternate earth, where Plaid is not Zebra’s son, and Zebra went to the Maury show, and Maury said “Zebra…………………………. U R NOT DA FATHER” ……………………… bring back the chubby Stephan!!

Well, at least we learned that Zebra has a checkered past…

I’m happy to read Zebra isn’t a love ’em & leave ’em kind of guy.

I think Zebra and Plaid formed a bond. Hopefully Plaid will be back and maybe form an alliance with Duck!

Too bad. I liked Plaid. He gave the crocs something to fear about the Zeebas.

I like the plaid zeeba boy. He seemed to be an aggressive smart-aleck. He could have wrecked all kind of mayhem on the croco clan.

Well, I thought the kid tormenting the crocs was very amusing and enjoyable and it could have lasted way longer.

who knows maybe hell be back the characters on this strip can come back anytime even if they die (there is only one bob the croc he just undies !)

Definitely hope Plaid comes back. I’d really like to see Licensable Bippy come back too. And the whale who undied a while back. Can you imagine a mercenary team of Guard Duck, Snuffles, Plaid, and Bippy? That would be fantastic!

I’d like to point out I predicted this on Feb. 20. :)
