Stopped him just inches from hitting that button. This seems to be the climax, as far as the bomb goes. Now, they have to stop Totten Junior from getting away.
Every man for himself says the runaway bad guy. When out of the car, on a dead run, Sam is Tracyâs siren. Tracyâs P.2. ensemble and striking pose would make any fashionista gush.
Alfred Hitchcock famously said, âThe bomb must never go offâ. This quote refers to the importance of providing relief to an audience, and is part of his theory on suspense.
So âŚ.. the bomb wasnât attached to a remote control device, but was wired up, so Tracy pulled both cut the chord & pulled it out âŚ. simultaneously. & Jr. seems to be the first federal government employee in history who never heard of back-up systems & redundancies. The art, however, is great today, itâs hard to convey motion in a static medium but Charles really excels at it.
I got nothing. Well, nothing new. If this is the end Iâve already complained about all the gaping plot holes and inanities. Will wait to post my list of unresolved issues, anachronisms, and plot holes in case Eric attempts to resolve any of them.
Wouldnt a simple âhey pat, pull the plug itâs a bombâ over the 2 way wrist radio have worked just as wellâŚ..AND QUICKER than waiting for tracy to show up?
Now that this bomb-threat folderol has been resolved, we can get back to the main thread of the plot: the new green market at Two Fox Plaza! Will there be an olive bar? How are the peaches? Donât forget your reusable bags!
ENTIRELY DIFFERENT OT: Pleasant surprise, finding two new chapters of the current audiobook uploaded for my review. I particularly liked the 34th, chapter, Blue Chocolate, which Iâve put up on my FB page. So far, Iâd subjected the leads to an engineered balloon crash, a fight with an undead guardian staged on a rotating and wildly tipping platform, a flight of lethal black butterflies and giant, the lead being, temporarily blinded, lethal flying drones, carnivorous arctic moles, and a few other woes. All largely culled from my daily commutes to my last job.
Weâll overlook the âpainful ingrown toe nailâ peril. Too harrowing!
Anyway, as a break in pace, I shifted back to their home city, TâZo, where their two adopted daughters (a small cyclops and a painfully impetuous harpy) arr proving an armful. SO, what better (if woefully conceived) distraction than to prepare chocolate for the planned wedding?
Very happy with this chapter. Only one wrong word that I caught, and one small omission. (the theft of the Washington Monument and its replacement by a gigantic marshmallow). Okay, TWO. There was a word left out. Still, verbal chicken feed.
Given the cabin fewer of the last week, with only a photo shoot of lion dancers in the near future, it was a welcome listen.

Dignitaries, luminaries, and the curious
Unaware that this affair could be disastrous.
Governor shall light it up. The buttonâs in his hand
Could be carnage horrible. Not what has been planned.
Look to see brave Dick Tracy arriving on the scene
Hoping to protect the crowd from violence most obscene.
Is he in time to stop this crime, thwarting detonation?
The MCU knows what to do. They act sans hesitation.

Jim_Pem mentioned yesterday:
It would be great if they could have some kind of aerial reconnaissance, like a drone or something.
My response:
Tracy already has the tool for aerial reconnaissance:

Okay, all the cops are up on the podium and Junior Bomber running the other wayâ-so the cops have to fight their way through the crowd a second time.
Is there a hero in the audience?
And we have one really bewildered Governor wondering what the limburger is going onâŚ.
