Dumbledore was more like Saruman; he was quite evil.

I never got into Harry Potter since I did not read the books. However, I did notice a lot of children reading them. Anything that encourages children to read can’t be all bad.

For the record, I – a fan both bunches of books – think that the film-makers did an excellent job in both cases.

Dumbledore was just Tesco Value Gandalf anyway….

Did Dumbledore ever wear such a hat? I don’t recall one from the books. Nor from the movies that I watched.

So THAT’S why I never could tell Gandalf and Dumbledore from each other.

The whole thing is hilarious, but the Harry Potter references after about 9:20 (and the Star Wars references somewhat later on) are made even funnier by who’s delivering them.
