Leslie’s chagrin is still showing no matter how many cute compliments he gets from Gunther.

Forget his fake attitude, Les is hooked on his little kitten.

It was nice hearing Les say “love”.

Sigh! An Uber joke.

Animals are funny like that. They snip you with soft bites, lick you, snag on your clothes, brush up on your clothes and leave their fur embedded on your clothes…in name of animal love. Yes, Les, your roommate is right about Punk.

Once knew a kitten called Velcro. Once day I was answering a phone and couldn’t move so Velcro decided to climb Mount Sergio, fortunately I was wearing long pants and a hat at that time.

Les, stop with the attitude you no this cat loves you.

The FIRST time that Les EVER asked Gunther for ”Help!”

Ever Gunther knows that Punk loves Leslie Knox. Remember that Ann Eiffel is Leslie Knox’s Mother. The relationship between him and the cat behavior is foreign.

Reality: As Les grows to love Punk more – Punk will grow to love Les less.

Go ahead, Les – give the little guy a ride around the gulag.

Velcro cat! Cuddle him up next to you Les, he will feel safer and won’t have to cling to you.

I don’t know if I missed it or not, but dpes Uncle Al know that Les still has Punk? I would hate to see him taken away from Les. Punk is the best thing that’s ever happened to him.

But if you would simply put him on your shoulder everything would be perfect. He just wants to be close to you. That’s what bonding with a cat is all about. Oh, one thing. They do the choosing. And you be the “chosen one”.

I had a cat just like that. Wound up naming him “Velcro”…

We must have seen it, but I cannot remember seeing a strip where Les smiles.

Gunther looks so happy for his cousin Les. Little Punk is able to make Les look more agreeable to others. Slowly, Les will truly become a better person. Between work, good company and this lil, adorable cat, Les is growing really well. IN YOUR FACE, ANN EIFFEL!

When will this inane cat story arc finish?

Clingy cat, Les needs it though. I think it’s good thing for him to deal with this clingy, cute puss, I also like the interplay between Gunther and Les. It is an entirely believable conversation between young men who have a friendly relationship. OMG MD normalcy in the Gulag!!

Everybody needs an uber!

Gunther seems to be enjoying this immensely. And he doesn’t even have to perform for anyone.

No sewing. No photographing. No dressing up. No tutoring. No counseling….

Punk loves you Les, as much as he’s afraid of falling. My cat Corey always digs her claws into the back of my shoulder when I hold her. Doesn’t matter how slow or fast I move.

Get a book and read up on cats and kittens.

Cute. The “Uber” joke was funny as well. But, Schrodinger’s Dog mentioned “Lyft” as an alternative…. and ….. perhaps using “Lyft” would have been just a bit more humorous…. if Gunther had said “Lyft” instead of “Uber”…. then the joke would have worked two ways…. one for the taxi service, and one for being lifted off the ground.

Ah Les that’s exactly what kittens do when they love you. They dig in deep and never let go until it’s time to eat or sleep. LOL

Our tuxedo foundling was like that. Now he just sits on the keyboard of what ever computer or iPad I’m using. And walks around my ankles. And sleeps at my head.

I think the cat jokes are intended to bring in the cat lover readers. Arlo runs a cat gag once a week, often Wednesdays, and they get more comments than any others, I hear.

Okay,when do Punk and Puddles end up in the same room?And about Les…anybody who has Ann Eiffel for a mother has my pity if not my sympathy.

He has a lot to learn about cats.

Les is a scratching post?

After one of my cats died several years ago, my remaining cat, who is very loving, went thru a phase. Maybe he was edgy because he missed her. Anyway, I could startle him very easily, like by yelping if I stubbed my toe or invading his space under the coffee table. He’d Hulk out and attack me. It was scary. When I tried to escape to another room, he’d follow me, still yowling and slashing at my ankles. He stopped doing it after a few months and a few events that drew my blood. Just anxiety transformed into anger. That’s definitely “Luann” material. Please make it happen, GE. Do a week of Punk Hulking out on Gunther and Les.

Will Leslie Knox receive redemption for his past history?

The last panel cracks me up. I have a red T-shirt with a graphic of a black cat, eyes wide open, hanging on just like that!

I’m not saying cats don’t care about people. I’m just saying if Lassie were a cat, Timmy would still be in that well.

Les has finally found his Calling in Life.
