Used to enjoy a Brit tv show, “Doc Martin”. The setting for the town had a small harbor with a few boats. Some episodes, tide was in and boats floating, others with tide out, boats beached on the bottom. One episode began with the local police and a couple of out-of-towners investigating a vehicle that had been left on the beach at low tide…
