As soon as Earl hissed at the cat I knew it was’nt going to end well for him. Um, yeah…..don’t ask me how I know this!

I’ve hissed at my kitties. But just in teasing. Mostly I love to purr at them.

You should know better, Earl! Cat’s have claws and no sense of humor!

And now we know where the word cat-a-pult came from.

Sorry, Earl but you’re hiss-story.

Never get in a hissing contest with a cat.

A cat’s hiss is a warning: Heed the warning. And don’t provoke a cat.

Muffin’s full name should be ‘Muffintopheles’.

This how the term hissy-fit came about.

The stupid cat took offense at what Earl said

OK, weren’t they just referring to Muffin as a “him” recently? Now they’re back to “her”. Let’s keep it straight, Crane.

The strip for today was a real laugh-out-loud riot! Muffin really showed Earl a thing or two about how cats behave in adversity.

My cats were getting ready for a squabble this morning, hissing and growling at each other. I joined in the hissing and growling, and they promptly disappeared!

Our cats don’t try that stuff. We’ll chase them down the hall.

Exactly why I don’t like cats…. they are BI-POLAR. nice one minute and shredding your pants and curtains the next.

I didn’t know that Muffin was Snoopy’s neighbor.

The last cat that drew blood on me suffered, and ran away, c. 1954. Not even my Priest would forgive me for that.
