Who’s wall???

What’s in the package? Could it be relevant to her pose? Will Arlo get to take a picture for his wall?

His wall at work, or his wall at home?

They actually ask me to step out of the photo. I figured it was policy, but maybe it’s just me.

They usually get a picture of my feet.

All I got was an email saying their picture was stolen.

Huh. My delivery drivers insist on the packages being on the stoop, they don’t want me in the pic ….

Thus does Janis become a “Pinup Girl”.

Cue The Graduate

The pics are great. I didn’t receive a package they said was delivered. I looked at the photo and recognized the porch of one of my neighbors.

I had to look back and see the cute modeling pose she made. Adorable.

That happened with me once on a Grocery Delivery. That one will not be going on their wall… ☺

Not sure how keen Arlo would feel knowing that his wife’s picture would be up “on the wall” at the delivery warehouse…..

As a teen I worked for Fotomat. Toured the processing lab once, where workers had a Wall of Fame. Let’s just say Janis is a little too heavily clad in fabrics to achieve that honor.

I tried to pose for the UPS driver making a delivery, she wouldn’t do it.

Janice still has it. A compliment from a delivery man young enough to be her grandson.

No doubt about it. Janice is the whole package.

Show some skin next time and it will go into the company calendar.

FedEx sent me photos for proof of delivery, except it wasn’t my doorstep.

I wish Amazon drivers would use common sense instead of GPS. Last fall on 2 different occasions the driver drove into the feed lot at the farm and down the path to the cows. When asked what address he was looking for it was one further down the road. GPS almost landed him in a barn.

They take pictures of the packages they deliver?

Been years since anything was delivered to us and before Covid the rare items which had to be delivered (including regular mail) we had delivered to our PO Box. (Had to change to having things come to house during Covid as a problem to get it from thee box.)

We don’t like have things delivered as there almost always seems to be a problem when same happens. We prefer to buy items in person unless there is absolutely NO other way to get the item and we absolutely NEED the item.

I don’t know how common this is, but it seems to me that lots of the packages we receive are transported by UPS or FedEx, and then delivered to our Post Office for the final delivery to our house. Obviously this is some sort of contractual arrangement, and makes sense to me since we’re in a somewhat scattered semi-rural area where USPS delivers every day (and sometimes even package deliveries on Sundays – again, with UPS or FedEx items).
