e. reptile, for which she raised roaches. The roaches escaped and they now are her pets. In fact, she has trained the brightest of them and has a show, “Rhonda and Her Resplendent Roaches”.
As much as I personally like birds, we’ve all seen how much she loves Puddles. Remember when he had to have emergency surgery on Christmas Eve and Luann said his still being alive was better than any present she could have gotten? She’s a dog person, 110%.
I also pick ‘g’, but, in this case, my vote is for ‘no pets’. As a traveling art and acting therapist, Luann knows that it wouldn’t be fair to keep a dog (or a cat) locked up in the Winnebago all day. On the other hand, Luann does get to cuddle a new Puddles when the group with therapy dogs visits the hospital…
People really aren’t giving Luann enough credit. From some of the answers to these questions, people still see her as immature and, not all, changing. Luann may still be young in the mind(she is, after all, only 17), but through the years, she has grown up in some intangible ways. I see her having a very bright future, full of all the love and laughter that a beautiful spirit like her deserves
She will have ponies she boards in the country and a parrot. She will use them as part of her party planning business. She will also have a dog that fetches sticks and balls and likes to swim. The dog will be her boys’ responsibility to feed, bath and exercise.
Is there any reason it couldn’t actually be Puddles? Puddles has already lived about three times as long as even a small dog realistically would. Why couldn’t he be immortal? How old is Snoopy?
OK, then, how old was Snoopy when Sparky left us?
I think Greg would almost certainly give Luann a dog of some kind, perhaps more than one, and perhaps a cat as well.
I’d go with the “Or” (G)option. That way, there’d be a “dog” and “cat” together, that can “fill in” for Brad and Luann’s old “sibling tussles”, and yet show love for each other, deep down, and make for a nice “counterposition commentary” on whatever Luann is experiencing at the moment. – Or still under the (G) option, a pet that is both “typical”, but very unique- one that could have a variety of “reactive expressions” in relation to the “goings on” in the house!
