Weeeeell, “Honey-Spice” and “Sweetness” might be a bit of a stretch. Everything else Ox said pretty much describes the “current” Tiffany.

Well, that food description makes me wonder if Prudence is writing up the waiter’s dialogue.

All those wonderful things, and the first thing Luann thought of is Tiffany. An arc without Tiffany is like a day without sunshine!

Luann is thinking of Tiff in terms of how she relates – or doesn’t – to Jack.

Tiffany is acting like a chicken on a waffle. That’s what Lu is reminded of. I wonder if they have “chicken without a head.” That is Tiff spot on.

That is NOT the way I would ever describe chicken & waffles, bleah. Made it sound weird.

Very interesting comment, and while it is funny, I can’t come up with an analysis, so I will just go with it. Spongy softness, big chicken breasts. We have Chicken/Waffle places in Chicago, but while I like chicken and I like waffles together they do not appeal to me. I will opine that the spongy sweetness might be a comment on Tiff’s public “voice” and personality, while the “big” chicken breasts on her more zaftig body as drawn these days, but since I abhor body shaming, I don’t like that analysis. I still like the girl though, she is not perfect, but who is in Luannverse, or real world verse.

Big honey spice chicken breasts on spongy sweetness? That will demand attention!

I am feeling uncertain today about the comic. Yesterday I had high hopes that it would be a great week with us learning a lot of new, interesting things about Luann and Bernice. Now, with today, I am uncertain… and I am feeling this week is going to primarily be Luann and Bernice discussing (more likely " ’dissin ") Tiffany. I hope Greg is not planning a week of “Tiffany Discussion” by Luann and Bernice… but it seems likely at the moment. I hope I am wrong.

I’m thinkin’ Bernice is indicating that those two are there to catch up about themselves, and their friendship – not snip and snark about an old foe. I agree with S-Dog: It comes off as a shallow, and cheap shot. Hope for an improvement here.

Maybe Luann was reminded of Tiffany because Tiffany seems to really like eating a lot of food these days and it sounds like something she would want to eat if she was sitting there listening to the specials.

Why is Tiff working at Children 1st? She doesn’t seem to think of it as a career so much as job (vs. Luann who may actually use the experience on a resume). I’m not sure she is as rich as the other ladies are assuming, otherwise why work for a paycheck vs. a career? I also have to say, I’m REALLY unimpressed with the “counseling” Tiff’s getting.

Also, when did Tiff get huge breasts? Is this a weight gain thing? She always struck me as more of the slender athletic type, albeit one who knows how to dress to accentuate what she has.

Good for Ox! Got a job, and he’s pretty good at it.

I actually laughed at this comic today. It is rare to have a funny Luann comic.

Perhaps Tiffany popped into Luann’s head because last week Tiffany was disrupting Luann’s class.
