That’s actually a good shot (drawing, whatever) of Gunther! And if he’s a Star Trek fan, he should indeed advertise himself as such to attract birds of a feather.

What Gunther is doing, is so ridiculous, that the only thing that occurs to do is laugh, thanks gunther I had not laughed like that in a long time!

Hell, at first glance, I thought it was Cyrano de Bergerac. All he needs is a pleated collar and a hat with a feather.

Well, this should put to rest those “Gunther is gay” rumors!

Sometimes using a pen name makes a writer bolder. Likewise, an alternate persona might show less fear in trying to attract a female. And Gunther may be perceived as fun – while the previous posts of Gunther seem anything but.

Man, I can not help but feel that Les and Gunther will be either “Oscar and Felix”. a tribute to a great comedy made 50 years ago or that they will be the next Bert and Ernie…. Thoughts????

Not so long ago. In a galaxy not so far away our hyphenate named character, Gunther-Prime reached out with his feelings and felt “The Primal Imperative.”

Gunther, I kinda wish I hadn’t seen that.

I still suspect that “Bets” is somebody he already knows.

Trekkies are a unique form of escapism, a bit childish, but harmless. Gunther’s selfie should be a hit in the gay bars, and for other Trekkies who don’t think that stuff is boring. Personally, I think Tiffany is a more interesting fantasy.

Gunther is a far more complex character than he used to be, and IMO more likeable than ever. But he’ll ALWAYS be a dweeb!

I personally think Gunther looks good in those jammies, and he is a nice looking guy that would attract females, even with that gear. Patrick Stewart, in his Shakesperean actor’s way did a very good job of being 24th century sexy in them. The idea that he seems to be jumping in to online dating, which Luann mulls it is not really surprising to me. Luann is kind of risk adverse, and has the skepticism more from her dad than mom—that is my perception at least—so it’s up in the air that she will hesitate, but if she does she will jump in with both feet. Gunther wants to expand himself, maybe date more, even if he is afraid to let people know, particularly Les. Actually the way Les is drawn, Les would congratulate Gunther in a sarcastic kind of way, but he would approve. In fact I think he would say, “hey nerd it’s about time”.

Gross!! What a huge turnoff!

I guess the type of female that would be attracted to Gunther would also enjoy this photo and pose. There is someone for everyone.

I see Howard from Big Bang more than Picard.
