Puck knows that hunting pickles brings only disappointment and heartache: they are slippery and sour and contain no meaty goodness.

You just know that someone somewhere is going to talk about how their cat loves pickles!

Beatrix may have to learn the truth about pickles for herself.

Speaking of hunting: Sis sent 2 vids of Onyx in Mighty Huntress mode this morning. She has a ball-in-a circular-track toy, but with a mouse instead of a plain ball. This morning sis heard a commotion & came out to the living room to see that Onyx had somehow gotten the mouse out of its track & was batting it all over the place, chasing it around & meowing loudly.

A happy, healthy, fun-loving cat is a joy to behold – she’s come so far from the sad, sick old kitty sis met 4 months ago!

Is that a pickle? Are cats afraid of them like cucumbers? LOL

Hello everyone, today is my unbirthday and I turn 9 and 3 quarters…yes there is a Harry potter theme to the party lol…Georgia if you are reading my birthday wish is for you and the man to adopt me hehe. You write bcn he works for the Pokemon company, you both love wrestling and videogames…you two are the most perfect parents ever lol

Having to go for a port flush and a shot today reminds me: well, it reminds me that my memory is shot for one thing. Was it Witchieminx who was starting chemotherapy? I know some of us communicate in real life; has anyone heard how that is going (and am I right about who it was? If so, wow, I remembered something. If I’m wrong, oh well…)

Watch out for the vicious kitchen. The cuteness alone will stun its prey.

It’s important to learn the nourishing and tasty varieties of prey.

Pickles have no place in the food chain. However, I do love cucumbers and relish. Go figure.

Day before yesterday my computer started claiming that it couldn’t find GoComics nohow. I couldn’t get back on for One Hundred Years I Counted.

Eventually the innerwebs suggested I get rid of all my GoComics cookies and try again. Well, first, it was stunning how many websites I never heard of had cookies on my computer. And second, for some reason erasing the cookies actually worked and here I am.

I couldn’t find the comment thread I was composing for when that happened—something about vegetable-eating cats—but I’m just stubborn enough to want to include my story:

“I had one cat with all the usual cat meat-cravings, but then he wanted brussel sprouts. LOVED brussel sprouts. Grab them off your fork he would.

“I had another cat who would happily eat the peas, corn, and lima beans out of your mixed vegetables. But he expected you to peel them first!”
