It must have been discussed here before, but I wonder if the People see the same reality as the Cats, and if not, which is really real. Sort of a Calvin and Hobbes thing, perhaps.
I feel for Elvis in this one. If he’s using Excel, which he probably is, it can be a real pain. As someone who has to use Excel regularly, it’s not the most user-friendly program in the world, is it? I’m sure Elvis’ reports are concise and intuitive. It’s not Elvis’ fault Microsoft dominates the office standard. And yes, this is me venting. Not all Microsoft products are un-user-friendly. ♥
You just know that Elvis’s spread sheets on Station supplies go back years. You can sort supplies by month, day or amount of item consumed. You can cross reference for Kat Kreamer & sugar and compile a statistical analysis of consumption to brand of Kat Koffee. The formula’s are delicate, intuitive works of art. In those numbers, you can see the face of the All Mighty Cat Deity!
So when you disparage his spreadsheets, them is fighting words!
So as no to spill my coffee while sitting on the couch (reading BCN) the mug often goes on the floor. Cafe Latte (the second in a line of three Cafe’s) will stick his nose in the mug. Not sure he is drinking it or just smelling. After that it is his coffee. He also likes oatmeal. Go figure.
OMC, I thought I was Puck, but now it turns out I’m Elvis. I make the spreadsheets and they ARE concise AND intuitive. (But I am the only one that ever uses them.)
Excel? Powerpoint? I’m inclined to think that the boys are using the wrong operating system… After all, Linux uses the “cat” command, and Windows doesn’t!
OMC. The next time there’s a dust up between the cats, I’m gonna ask who forgot to order the coffee! This strip made me laugh out loud. I’ve always wondered what the ‘fight’ might be about.
For those who had problems getting the the paper dolls from Lupin Leaps In with the link that was posted before, Andrews McMeel has a new link on their page which I think should work for everyone, https://www.ampkids.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/BCN_Lupin_Paper-Dolls_c2.pdf
It’s been three weeks since her last meal. Today I bought yet another mouse at the pet store and named it Bite because I thought Pandora would like to have a Bite to eat. I put her in her feeding bin, stunned the mouse and dangled it in front of her nose. SUCCESS!
She missed her first strike completely but quickly made a perfect second strike and coil. She held it in her mouth just like the last two times but this time she actually ate it instead of spitting it out. I also got a chance to (kind of, sort of) measure her. She’s almost 5 feet long. I’m just happy she’s finally eating again.
If you have a “numbers goal” obsessed manager, collecting random data and emailing it to them can keep them busy for hours….not that anyone would do anything like that ;-)

“Typical cat stuff” is about to be my default answer to everything for the weekend. Oh yes. So typical.
Lupin’s huge green eyes of dawning horror though. You can practically see the mushroom clouds reflected in them.

After my boy Charlie went deaf he stopped talking, although he still purred. Is Lupin using CSL (Cat Sign Language)?

Lupin is wrong. There is NOTHING as bad as Powerpoint. From beginning to end it’s cleverly designed to kill the soul.

I’ve seen male cats fight. And it can get very gruesome and deadly. Hopefully these boys won’t go to that extent.
