I have contended all along that tiff isn’t really interested in college – she has attended because her dad will pay for her room & board plus spending money. Tiff is now facing a real job (server) plus summer school. Maybe Tiff will try to get into one of Gunther’s classes and receive some more help – a lotta help…

Okay, it’s GOOD that Tiffany is continuing to further her education during the Summer, thanks to Ann.

    BUT….,

    1) What about Tiffany’s “Job” at the Fuse? Won’t that interfere with her studies?

    2) Tiffany needed the help of “Study Buddy” Gunther to pass courses during the school year. Now that she’s walked out on him and HE is currently “occupied” by Bets, “Who” will be her Study Buddy now? Some other “New” character? Or Bernice? Or Bets? Or the mysterious “Doug?” Or that chess club guy she slammed the door on last year.

    3) Who is gonna “Pay” for these classes? Ann is sure to Squawk at this extra expense on your part.

Hey, wait a minute. LET Ann Squawk! If she does, it’ll PROVE her greedy intentions. And Tiff SHOULD tell her dad if that happens. She’s are trying to further her education and her dad’s girl friend Ann is standing in her way. TAKE those business classes, girl! Take a LOT of expensive business classes just to SPITE the witch.

And just think. Tiff will not only be getting back at Ann but there is a chance that she’ll meet some new cute guy in classes.

    Go forth and Conquer!

Once again the negative reinforcement of Ann Eiffel forces Tiffany to do something good for herself.Tiffany looks so scared to Ann…just thinking about her is Pain. Avoiding a bad person makes you do really weird things. Maybe this will bring Tiffany and Crystal closer again? Will Bernice decide to stay too to help Tiffany? Or maybe Gunther will do it?

Looks like we’re still on a path that could lead to some summer fun. Apparently Bernice’s RA job will allow her to remain on campus. So we may have a summer of Bernice and Tiffany. Bonding and/or battling? There may even be some diversionary forays into Fuse waitressing, summer dating, a resurrection of Star Trek nights, dot, dot, dot. A whole world of summer fur lies before us! YAY!! (or not)

BTW – If Tom is funding Tiff’s .edu, and (we assume) Frank n Nancy foots Luann’s .edu bills, who ponies up for Gunther? (“Frank n Nancy” – sounds like a candle fragrance)

Personally, I’m hoping this will get Tiff to not only be her own woman, but to effectively disown her father. People forget that, yes he’s an idiot, but he wants her and Ann to get along and be a happy family. Ann may “win”, but I get the vibe that if Tiff did cut ties with her dad completely, he’d fall into a deep depression to the point where even Ann can’t handle it. Greg Evans plays the long game with his story arcs, so it’s not unreasonable to think it could take that long.

Why would everyone assume that Tiffany would be unable to learn anything in a business class without a ‘study buddy’? It seems like business, rather than the science and/or math classes she needed Gunther’s help with, would be more in line with what Tiffany already understands. And on the other hand, why would everyone assume that Gunther would be a good ‘study buddy’ for business classes? Gunther is into engineering and computers, math and science type stuff. Not business.

I understand that Tiffany is in a bind but she is being entirely reactive to the Ann Eiffel situation. She’s running away rather than positively moving forward to better life choices and independence. I hope that changes.

    The lesser of two evils

I knew a man who had twelve children. He told them he would pay for their educations as long as they were in school. Ten were so lazy that their earned doctorates. Two went out and got jobs. He was satisfied with the results.

Give her a moment, Bernice! Tiffany is not used to making tough decisions. On one hand, she will be sacrificing her summertime for more homework and studying if she stays in the dorm. On the other hand, moving back home means having to deal with Ann while being ignored by her father. Tiffany has chosen the far lesser of two evils. At least she can get a head start on the business degree she’ll need to start TiffasNails.

Unless I’m mistaken, business courses teach about making presentations. What if Tiffany made a presentation about her manicure skills? Ox, and Bernice could help as test subjects (they both had samples of her skills). If Tiffany can do a convincing enough presentation, then the Board could introduce beauty classes into their curriculum.

Salons and spas are businesses, after all…

First I think, as a teacher of intro to business classses in a community college, Tiffany could do well in those and other classes. It might me good for her to do the short class in Summer and if she does well, while balancing working, and trying to live with a realistic budget, or fascsimile thereof, Tiffany can beat Ann in the best sense, improving herself, My projection dictates that this would be the best choice, but this being Luannverse, who knows?
