It’s a good thing we now have a detective in-house because Lupin is physically incapable of getting a clue.

First we see Lupin hind foot toe beans and foot pad when he’s on top of the kitty pile. Then we see Elvis’s hind foot toe beans and foot pad when he’s taking a spin. Today we get to see Pucky hind foot toe beans and foot pad while he’s wrasslin’ with Lupin. What a week!

Once a week I talk with my niece. I love hearing of all the stuff going on in her life. In the background I can hear her two children being typical kids. She talks to me of little things… like – Pizza Night, the kids dealing with school, the new kitten who is practically glued to my niece’s side. She was telling me that she is looking forward to her Me Time. I can’t understand why… I would love to have a little bit more of all that noise.

Poor Pucky, just trying to get a little peace…sigh….Lupin will never understand.

Reminds me of scene at a “cat park” in Santa Barbara. The park was home to fifteen neutered strays. I watched as a bird put on the “injured” act. Fifteen cats turned as one, “locking on” to target. After several minutes of subtle stalking, a big fat cat at the back meowed “I’ve got it” and charged the bird, which flew away. The other cats gave that cat such a look.

Puck has fangs and he’s not afraid to use them, when the situation demands it.

PUCKS GONE POSTAL!!!! And Lupin doesn’t appear to be able to read his whiskers in the last panel… or the fangs biting the top of his deaf cranium.

OT: Good News

I’m so busy doing a happy dance over the final count, I forgot to tell everyone, that in the gardens that hubby is cleaning off, that our resident bear and several dear have been busy trying to help. The deer ate the tops off of the carrots and bear just did a happy dance of its own, judging from the prints. Our neighbor who was doing his usual 3 mile walk, just gave us a two thumbs up as he went by. The store owner of one of the shops that I go to called at 12 Noon to tell me the news. Her hubby called her. The social network is alive and well. Ok, now everyone can go back to commenting on the BCN crew that we love so much.

Poor Puck. Gives me the image of mama cats getting pestered by their kittens- having their heads climbed on, their whiskers swatted, their paws bitten and ears scratched.
