Is it good or bad that for some of us there has been no change, just another trip back and forth to work? Eating and sleep when we can around working. Life has had very little change in 50 years, only the location where it occurs changes on occasion.
Hey, my journal looks the same except I’ve been learning Spanish and doing pretty well for an old retired person. The brain still works! But I want to travel again. Staying home is tedious. Yes?
Mine have been a little different: Talked to someone on the phone in despair and fear over their severe COVID. Buried someone in an outdoor funeral. Again. Prayed with family member of young woman with COVID. ….
We moved just before the pandemic started, so getting settled and trying to get my home warranty company to actually fix things has kept me busy. Have to call them again today, as they do not have any email address available and the repair company never received the dispatch.
Well, pig, I can’t help much with your journal entries. Although I’m also housebound, every night I go to my knees and give thanks I’m still on my feet. It may not seem like much, but to countless others, it’s a lot.
I will say that once all of this is over I am contemplating driving about 4 hours to a spot which is supposed to legendary for its pie. I would plan on having 2 pieces, maybe 3.

My journal just records the number of new positive tests and deaths in my region every day.
It would probably be wrong to call it fun, but can I at least call it a hobby?

Pig’s Blog:
Sat here. Watched Rat doom scroll FaceBook and Twitter, then drink 6-pak of beer and eating cannolis.
Sat here. Watched Rat watch late night shows where hosts’ monologues recapped doom scrolling, then drink keg of beer and eating Montoni pizza.
Went to bed wondering how Rat doesn’t get fat.

Journaling is a fantastic idea. A great way to remember the good things that happen every day and keep you positive.

I have been dreaming about the day that all this will end. Evidently, that’ll be awhile.

A true scrapper would mount a mask on the page and journal what he/she did that day: Sat here.

Wait, what about being on the “Pigonian” spaceship yesterday in Brewster Rocket? I’d put that in my journal…
