I guess the moral of this story is “Don’t have a conversation with Michael Patterson where you look him in the eye.” Rhetta looked Mike in the eye and thought the cat food was heavy. I am going to guess that she could have said anything to Michael and he would have interpreted that as looking into his mind.

On the upside, at least Michael is not one of those kinds of guys who is attracted to a woman because she is pretty or funny or smart or pleasant to be around. Who needs a guy like that when you can have a guy who thinks you can read his mind when you are talking about cat food? Michael is on a whole different level from average guys.

And she sees a cashew nut where a brain is supposed to be!!

Perhaps she is nearsighted and need glasses to see the real you.

Just because a girl is nice to you doesn’t mean she’s attracted to you.

Is Gord gay too? Because as a red blooded teen aged boy he talks way too much about breaking up with a girl. When I was that age and my friend comes up saying I met a girl, my response would be “Cool! What’s she look like? Is she a knockout? Hey lets go for a drink and celebrate. You’re paying.”

So, he ought to be thinking about his future and learning skills to build upon a career. But all he is thinking about is a pretty coworker. Job or no job, Michael is still a go-nowhere.

Michael needs to learn that in Canada, there is a step-by-step process:

First, you need to get the money.

Then you get the power.

Then you get the woman.
