OMG that is too funny! Back in the day when that song came out we had just gotten cable as we lived in a rural area. We were binge watching MTV for the whole week of Thanksgiving. (That’s when they actually had great music videos) about the third day my five year old asked me, and her 10 year old sister “Mommy, why is he taking a piece of meat with him?” We laughed so hard. After that when the song would come on the radio He sister and I would substitute “you take a piece of hamburger (or interchange steak, or beef) with you”. Thanks for the memory Brian. The kids and I are well past the MTV days now.
