Tommy is officially everyone’s friend. Whether they know it or not.

Well, duh! Who wouldn’t want to be Tommy’s Friend?!?

and little Bea, you just keep doing what you’re doing, you’re FANTASTIC!

I also want to recruit Sophie for making the detailed and emotional boards for Puck’s Broadcasts! Imagine her artistic flair with Puck’s presentation !

Tommy is the best friend any cat could ask for.

So now the minutes from last week are read and it’s time for the current meeting to begin! I can’t wait!!

TinyKittens: Now that Scotia’s on the mend, I return TK reporting to the other devotees. I need to allow my leg and foot fractures to mend. PotP to everyone.

It took two weeks to detail what happened last week? Heh. Yup, that’s bureaucracy.

I want a badge or button or poster or t-shirt with the station’s motto on it along, in both English and spanish, with all the various station logos, and a group painting of the entire cast and crew:

“Whisker turned to truth, and paws raised in courage!”

¡Bigote se volvió hacia la verdad, y las patas se levantaron con coraje! (This is beyond my fading Spanish abilities, so I’m having to trust online translation. If I’m incorrect, please let me know!

OT: Local Cat in Need

I know BCN readers have tender hearts and have been generous in the past when there is an animal in need. A local cat needs help with medical expenses after suffering serious burns. Medical expenses have already gone into the thousands of dollars. I won’t post the details of what happened here. There is a link on that page that leads to local news coverage. Tabith-Isis: This is your Alpha Reporter, Tabith-Isis interviewing the renowned luthiers, Mandy and Lynn, who are here inventing the first guitar. Ladies, can you tell us something about what you do?

Mandy: We sure can, Tabith-Isis.

Tabith-Isis: You can call me Tabs.

Lynn: Stringed instruments have been around since ancient times, and many cultures have similar instruments. We’re setting out to create an instrument that is both portable and versatile.

Mandy: That’s right. Iggy has said his cousin Ziggy likes to play many different styles of music, from ballads to fast and loud. Wally and Iggy have been most helpful in designing the guitar, while Iron Glove has been brilliant in creating the necessary tools.

Tabs: I understand you have help from many in the Royal Palace.

Lynn: That’s right, Tabs. Arachna is working on creating special strings, and Figs is arranging music for his band.

Mandy: And Elvis is choreographing a routine for the ensemble.

Those were some of the best Minutes I have ever heard from a meeting.

Love the pledge, love Tommy even more! Georgia is an incredibly talented writer, but now I rejoice in the return of the other great facet of BCN: drawings!

I love the station’s pledge! This will henceforth and forevermore be my personal pledge, as well!

I love the oath= whisters tuned to truth, paw raised in courage – a few modificatoions this could work for us all!

There is nothing unauthorized about Tommy’s friendships – all officially approved and endorsed (and archived). There’s nothing better than heartfelt, floofy, joyous bonds of mutual affection!

Ladybug Update: The little girl is healing up nicely. She has now been released from isolation, which makes her happy. She’s obviously still in some pain and has yet to regain full use of her tail. She certainly doesn’t run around with wild abandon yet but she can hop up on chairs and climb the cat trees to her favorite perches. She’s also been enjoying ’Kitty TV": the bird feeders outside our windows and glass door.

We have every confidence that no surgery will be needed and she’ll be able to enjoy life again.

I love the old-school dot-matrix printer paper. Bea looks so satisfied! This is a fun arc.

I have a feeling we won’t get to see this week’s station meeting, but I wonder if Baba is watching Ora and Iggy?

Next up, we get to review archival footage with Burt and Puck! (i.e. reruns while Georgia’s hand heals)
