Apropos of nothing, today is both international beer day AND chocolate chip cookie day.

That’s a good day if ever there was one. :)

I don’t think I’ve ever had a best day.

Beats being a pessimist and thinking tomorrow is going to be awful.

The main flaw with this philosophy is that tomorrow never comes. Then again you can always look forward to a better day than today.

I wonder if Pig is based on someone in real life.

I take some comfort from the left-brain/right-brain research, because if there’s anything to it, then we southpaws are the only people on the planet in our right minds. 8>)

The sun will come out tomorrow.

Some days the glass is half full of champagne, some days half full of poop. That’s life.

Tomorrow is Saturday! That’s reason enough to celebrate.

If you expect a bad day, and get a bad day, you’re not disappointed because you expected it. If you get a good day, you’re happy. If you expect a good day and get a bad day, you’re disappointed. Better to expect a bad day, but try to make it a good day.

Or possibly a pessimist and he’s thinking that everyday has been awful so tomorrow has to be better…

There are a few candidates but August 2, 2015 is the one I settle on most often. It was the beginning of a turning point that really pulled me out of a deep rut, in several different ways at once.
