Operation Chair Recovery is a success

Does anyone sleep with socks? I started recently and quite frankly, it was the best decision of my life!

Now that’s how you get your chair back.

If his feet smell bad, then maybe he should not wear shoes and socks all day or change them more often.

Foot odor (like other BO) is about the bacteria or sometimes fungus that love living in that warm dark moist environment. And (like other BO) mostly it can be cured. Medicated foot powders actually work. Well. For most people… or should I say microbiota communities?

Sneaky way for Earl to get his chair back.

So they can breathe…problem is that Opal did as well and she didn’t like what she breathed…

If this strategy hadn’t worked, Earl’s Plan B was to start trimming his toenails in front of her.

I don’t think I’ve had socks on for over 4 months now. My sandals and my slip-on Vans are all I need in my retirement.

That’s one way to get the recliner!

Just before I got to this comic I went and put on some socks because my feet were cold. I never thought of socks as little bags, and that makes them sound way too, uh, baggy.

There is a reason for his actions…….

How about getting his and hers recliners. Oh, and Earl get some foot care products.

Way to go, Earl. Sticking it to Odious Opal. That’s using your head … er, uh. I mean feet!

Socks are actually pajamas for the feet.

I might add that with those bare feet exposed, Roscoe might give them a severe tongue lashing. Extra panel; Earl gets a horizontal twenty minute workout laughing and squirming in his chair and Roscoe gets a “taste of the toes.” A win-win-win trifecta! ;-p

He meant to say, “old bag.” Let’s hope he never gets a whiff of her slippers.

That’s why I wear sandals to keep my socks cool and fresh. :)

Socks are moisture absorbers that supposedly help pull the stink out of your shoes.

It might officially be fall/autumn but summer doesn’t like to leave for a few more weeks around here. All my socks are still in the drawer wondering if they are ever going to get used!

The worst socks for your feet are made of material that doesn’t breathe. Sweat and oil get trapped. Helped by moisture from the sweat, bacteria start eating the oil and dead skin cells. It is waste from the bacteria that creates the stink.

Note: Earle is still flexible enough to cross his legs at the knee. I’m jealous.

I note that Opal rarely wears socks, just her slippers.
