Aha! There was more than just a sentimental reason for saving the vacuum!

Yeah, Burt and Queen Mag have some serious chemistry. The chariot is a fine piece of tech, but, let’s face it, Burt is her real secret weapon! And he knows it.

A mobile generator – now that is an interesting turn. Always employ superior weaponry.

Not only did Great Boot have a sense of style, he was practical, too!

Queen Magnet showing up with not just a chariot, but also a working vacuum, and Princess Magnet no doubt showing up with a fire extinguisher . . . Montague will never know what hit him!

At first I thought Mag had put on a lab coat for visiting the workshop, but I think it might be the remains of the possum disguise.

Not really sure how the “mobile generator”works but am eager to see it in action!

OT: Yogi Update. Our new boy cat is fitting into the family very well. We adopted him August 11th. He has developed a routine for himself that he seems to be happy with. He has breakfast, plays with toys and then grooms himself and naps. In the afternoon he either goes in Hubby’s office or the guest bedroom and under the bed and naps until dinner time. We have to wake him up and call him for supper. Then he repeats the toy playing, grooming and maybe a mini nap. His former vet said he was about 9 in 2020, so he is older than we thought. He will see our vet next Saturday for a checkup and immunization shots. About Katie. The two cats tolerate each other, but she still keeps her distance from him. Sigh…I hope they will become friends in the coming months.

This story is getting tedious. I love this strip. It is at its best when it shows the ordinary world from a cat’s perspective. I don’t like it when it segues into a long arc that really has nothing to do with that core. If Georgia wants to write children’s adventure stories or graphic novels involving animals, a-la the “Redwall” novels, I’m sure they would be wonderful. I wish that she wouldn’t put them in this comic strip.

I imagine that this comment will call out the colander-wearing militia, but I’m standing my ground

Georgia puts incredible detail into Magnet’s expressions in this strip. Very impressive.

Oh my this battle is going to be epic.

The vacuum, a true weapon to strike terror in the hearts of the moles and Wicket. For know that all nature abhors a vacuum.

Who knew all of the animals in the vicinity of the Big Pink House were into Steam Punk?

Great job fixing the mobile generator, Burt! It looks better than ever.

I love how all the animals are finding out how much they don’t know about each other and yet coming together for a common cause, all thanks to a certain Owl that will not be named.

I love the stories! They are cute and subtly witty. The opossums are adorable and so are the moles. I was also a great fan of Swan-eaters.

It looks more like a decorated box than a generator to me, but Burt usually knows what he’s talking about,

I want more about the opossums! And Mona, the mole. I love her. So brave. So cute. So fashionable.

And I love the raccoons (and their crew) and all the cats and Trevor and the robber mice and the IX Lives crew and the ghost cats. Did I forget anyone? Oh, yes, the people, too, of course.

Poor Georgia. We would work her to death if she gave us everything we wanted.

Today’s “Other Coast” comic has an interesting idea about where cats came from.
