Sorry but this isn’t even slightly funny to me, I can’t stand the a-hole people who do this! This 1 woman walks her dog down our street (despite not living in this subdivision) who always lets her dog go in everyone’s yard and she never picks it up! I actually saw her walk her dog across the front yard and let him lift his leg and go on the side of our house (it was a real pain trying to wash the stain off the stucco) and then she let him do the same to the neighbor’s inflatable Santa. I just don’t even know what’s wrong with people that they act so terrible anymore plus it’s not Roscoe’s fault, he didn’t “do something bad” it’s Earl who’s being a bad owner!
If big, mean looking guy saw Roscoe doing something on his lawn then he also saw the coward holding Roscoe’s leash and doing nothing about it. OTOH, Earl can run faster without Roscoe holding him back.
My daughter had a neighbor would bring her dog onto my daughter’s backyard to do its business. They talked and talked to that neighbor, but the neighbor didn’t want to have to clean up her yard, and my daughter’s backyard was convenient.

No one wants to blame this on Opal somehow? Earl went over the line, in my opinion, today.
