I would have thought they would be called Cranberry Creatures rather than Cranberry people. Otherwise it suggests the possibility of cross species breeding.
I always request the guests pardon the cranberry sauce for wasting space on the table. No one likes the stuff. But it is tradition, probably based on the mistaken idea the Pilgrims were so hungry they ate it at their thanksgiving — which has no historical connection with our Thanksgiving (but that is another story). Pretty sure the Pilgrims would have rather starved than eaten cranberries, they weren’t that stupid.
