I started a cancel culture club.

Boy George was not too pleased.

Had a guy where everybody walk out after a Floyd joke on TikTok this week.

Its pretty pathetic when they have to add a “culturally outdated” to older movies that offend people these days.

You may blame cancel culture, but they’re only throwing rotten tomatoes because the joke are bad.

More people need to see this.

“Math reeks of white supremacy!” The stupidity is real.

this might be a reference to the recent monty python squabbles depending on how far in advance it was done

Walt Kelly had to say pretty much the same thing back in the 1950s.

“back in the day”……..did not have time for all that…….too busy trying to make a living for family.

We laughed at George Carlin, but he was serious and insightful.

Trigger warning. I’m about to say something negative about trigger warnings. Seems like most things these days are accompanied by trigger warnings. The solution is simple as The Eagles sang in their pointedly accurate song “Get Over It.”

The Fink is the one who really needs to hear.

Sad history… although “fink” was used in Germany as early as the 19th century to denote finches, in America it was a more sinister thing. Particularly in the railroads, it was an informant. The likely root was from “Pinkerton” – which was hired by railroads to report on activities the company might not like, and… well, things got ugly. It is not good to be a fink.

If you tell a joke and everyone walks out, it’s not “Cancel Culture”, it’s “that joke wasn’t funny and stunk so bad we went looking for fresh air” The same thing folks have done with horrible or not funny jokes for 10,000 years.

And still, half the crowd will be “offended” by something…

I saw, just in the past day or so, a black comedian, I think his name is David Lucas, told some George Floyd jokes. Quite a few of his mostly black audience got mad and left. The rest of the audience clapped and cheered when they did. He also said that he likes Kyle Rittenhouse. More people left, more of the remaining audience clapped and cheered.

I didn’t have the time to read all the comments, and thus may have been asked already. Isn’t the court jester’s job to entertain the royal court?

Just ignore the cancel culture idiots. If everyone in politics, big business and government had the balls to ignore them they would cease to exist
