Sorry, Ed, the total eclipse of 22 August 2044 just barely touches Montana. The path of the total eclipse of 8 December 2045 passes south of Ahia and you’ll only get about 75% coverage. Pretty much the same for the ones on 3 March 2052 and 5 November 2078. But you’ll get another total eclipse on 14 September 2099. So hang onto your antique glasses and outhouses. and maybe the Batisimulator can recycle the artwork!

Tomorrow, the first panel shows the empty yard. Second panel shows the clouds split, the rain end and the full eclipse unseen by one and all.

The eclipse just passed, no rain here around Cleveland.

Today, April 8th 2024, was a beautiful day, warm temperatures and no rain.

There was no rain here in Ohio during the eclipse. It was nice!

It rained here in Houston and when it wasn’t raining it was cloudy. I didn’t get to see the eclipse at all.

So the Monday strip is exactly the same as the Sunday strip only in fewer panels. REALLY padding this last year out.

Saw it here in Toledo!! It was a little hazy but overall we had a great view! It was an incredible experience, it got dark except for around the horizon and the eclipsed sun looked pretty big! It was over pretty fast but definitely worth the hype.

As for Ed, stay tuned for people suing Pam for their money back. They can’t sue Ed because he’s not the homeowner.

Hey, it’s only twenty years … I bet “Crankshaft” will still be around … ;)

Ed is an optimist.
