Those trying to FIB-ricate some kind of false “equivalence” between alleged bias of Juan Merchan and the overt bias repeatedly demonstrated by Clarence “Uncle” Thomas, Samuel Alito and their wives, fail to grasp several relevant points:

1. Ethics laws cover perceived bias by judges or their spouses, but do not include their offspring, especially those who are adults. Children often choose a different path than their parents. I have mentioned many times that I was raised in a politically and religiously conservative background and bought the whole line all the way through my teens, until I went to a conservative religious university with a political science major, studied original source documents, and realized how much of a sham and scam the whole conservative religious and political fraud really is, ultimately transferring to the “godless state university” to finish my political science major. My late parents would be outraged to be judged as godless liberals because of the different direction I chose.

2. The spouses of both Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito have taken direct actions to demonstrate their bias in matters concerning Trump’s involvement in the crimes and traitorous domestic terrorist attempts to overthrow the government on January 6, 2021 and then their husbands have made rulings favorable to Trump in those cases. A relevant perception of obvious bias is clearly evident, and no ruling made by them in such cases should be considered valid.

3. Working for Democrats or even supporting Joe Biden is not relevant to the Stormy Daniels hush-money coverup to influence the outcome of the 2016 election. Biden was neither the presidential or vice-presidential candidate that year nor (despite complete unsupported FIB-ricated lies made up by CONVICTED FELON Dirty Don the Drowsy Dozing CON) is there the slightest hint of involvement or interference of any kind by Biden or any part of his administration.

Trump is now claiming he never said “lock her up” despite multiple videos showing him saying it. Forget the karma just lock him up and throw away the key.

Republicans have zero shame as they overthrow USA democracy to take our rights away.

It gets more obvious every day that the GQP wants to roll the calendar back to the early 1770’s, when this land consisted of colonies ruled by a king (George III). It’s fitting that they choose the color red, since they would have been the Loyalists who fought with the Redcoats during the Revolutionary War. Today’s MAGA’s would be happy to live under a king, but only if they are the ones who get to choose who will reign for life.

Spouses of federal judges know (or should know) that they can take no actions nor make speeches which impugn the impartiality of their spouses, that’s the deal. But also amazing that it’s only now, in support of Felon45, that these issues come to the front.

Does that mean Aileen Canon should recuse herself since she works for Trump?

Judge Merchan showed remarkable restraint and conducted the trial in the best possible manner.

Judge Merchan donated to the Democrat party himself. He refused to move the trial somewhere where there would not be a strong Anti-Trump sentiment (they voted 95% Biden in 2020). He somehow decided that unanimous verdict was not required for convictions.

The crime was a misdemeanor reclassified as a felony under a law that was not in place at the time. The statute of limitations is normally 5 years, but that was changed also.

The district Trump was convicted in has a very liberal appellate court, so Trump’s best chance for a successful appeal is at the Supreme Court level. Which makes the timing of the left’s attacks on Conservative Supreme Court Justices very suspect.

….and yet people on the left think it’s the republicans that are the threat to democracy in America.

Technically Judge Merchan broke a rule when he donated $35 to an anti Trump non profit. Obviously the same as Thomas and Alito receiving hundreds of thousands from their friends.
