TV for Dummies

He doesn’t play video games? Or get involved in social media??

He’s doing the right thing….

We pay cable monthly to have sales people in our living room pitch for three minutes out of every fifteen minutes. Does not make sense.

Dad would just go to sleep in the chair.

All these channels and nothing on worth watching is the modern equivalent of water, water everywhere, yet not a drop to drink.

That’s a problem I haven’t had since the advent of videotapes and dvd’s. If there’s nothing on TV, put a dvd of your favorite show or movie in and watch that.

If you have not yet forgotten how to read multiple paragraphs linked together, maybe ‘TV Guide’ is a likely substitute.

Husband will leave the TV on the same channel for HOURS no matter what is on.

57 channels and there’s nothing on…….

Pink Floyd wrote “I’ve got 13 channels of %@^# on the TV to choose from”. Today, I sing “I’ve got 13,000 channels …”

But to be fair, there’s usually something to catch my attention on YouTube….

I had cable once, too hundred channels and not but garbage, Liberal news, HSN and commercials. Went to over the air broadcast, same 5417, but at least I am not paying $100 a month for it. Plus I get some Basic new without all the political BS.

Which is great, because reading a good book is a much better option anyway.

I switch to my Roku stick and choose from three premium channels.

Hey, when there’s nothing good on TV, that’s the best thing to watch: NOTHING!

Sometimes I think I’d rather sit on my TV and watch my couch.

There’s nothing on the tv because it’s a flat screen. I still have an old portable in my study and have placed a picture of my grandchildren on top. That way l always get a great picture.

Such a small TV. At least it’s modern unlike the ancient sets you’ll find in other comics for some stupid reason. Nuff said.
